waited two hours just for a oil change didnt even get my car cleaned afterwards
Car was in for the exact thing. Check engine light. This was about the fifth or sixth time. Each time they assure me it was fixes but it comes back on after a few days. Now they are saying it needs yet another thousand dollars to fix the issue. I also asked for a manager to give me a call to discuss this and it's been four days and no call. I am very disappointed in this facility.
Three hours to change the oil and replace one tire? I won't be back.
Your staff should be ashamed of themself for exploiting their position as "service professionals" only to instill fear in the customer to fix "supposed" problems at a costly rate YET the problem continues after they "fixed" the issue and telephone calls and e-mails go unanswered. They smile at you and humbly request 5 STARS when you receive the feedback survey because their very livelihood depends on it. Give me a break. Go elsewhere.
I had my oil changed and a few days later I had an oil censor light to come on. Now my car have a new service for this part which is 800 dollars to fix. I do believe the tech caused the problem but as you know no one will take ownership.
They weren't very timely They did Not add my oil change sticker telling me to return for my future oil change...have to call another dealership to ask how many miles before another oil change is due...they didn't provide good customer service...but they took my money...
I bought certified used and they told me first 2 services were free. They were not. Very bad business practices.
It was terrible. The services did damage to my car instead of repairing it. Since I took it there. I had to replace a head light, the piece connecting my radiator hose, & my car is making noises that it never made before. That's why I haven't contacted you. It's like you don't know what you're doing. How could I or would I ever trust your services again?
Scratched my car and refused to fix it.
