Took 3 days just to get my vehicle into the garage
My xm radio does not always work. I was told there would be a two hour diagnostic done on it. I used the car service to go to nearby shopping rather than sit in the showroom. After four hours I reached out to service to get the status. I picked up my car six hours after drop off. Almost immediately my xm radio was not working. When I looked at the service order I saw the only service done was to call xm for an update and reset. We had already done that at home. That is not the issue. Car was there for over a week before someone did an inspection. I had to keep calling just to get on the list. Vehicle was towed there on a Friday evening was told they were backed up until Wednesday. Wednesday came I called first thing in the morning nobody had me in the system to be scheduled for a service. My advisor was horrible she had a nasty attitude I would recommend this the second time in 4 years my experience was HORRIBLE! I shouldve purchased a Mercedes
Took forever. Cost 1/2 the cars value. Ugh
Cost of service was outragus, Charged for Missalinus items that was not explained, two day to change oil,rotate tires and replace battery,then charged exter to reset the computer after new battery,all total 834.00.
My experience with BMW of Greensboro was the worst. I was contacted by BMW of Greensboro about a recall and wanted me to come in and get it fixed. We scheduled a week and a half out, for a one day fix. When I get there to drop my car off (On a Thursday morning) they, didn't even have part at shop. BMW Rep acted as if they would have to order part and it wouldn't be ready by end of day. I expressed I was going out of town that day and wouldn't be back until Sunday. my car was not service on 8/4/23
Part missing off the back of the car. Staff never return my calls, even after leaving multiple voice mails and messages with other staff. Check in and check out was chaotic and frustrating. Still waiting for a response from them on the missing part. I will avoid using them as far as practically possible
My experience was awful. They crashed my beautiful BMW, the nicest car i've ever owned, while in the service center. Then they repaired the damage and when we went to pick it up the panels that were repaired did not align. Then they repaired it again, meanwhile for months we are in a loaner car. Then to add insult to injury the general manager offered $1,300 and no charge for the service in exchange for my signature on a release prepared by their attorney for which I did not sign.
