Lack of communication Allow me to stick to the facts I made an appointment 3 weeks prior to address an issue with water leaking into my microphone (overhead of the driver seat) when it rains on my 2019 X3. Not the same BMW service of years ago.
Was not able to preform recall service because they ran out of parts.
The worse dealership in America. Very let down. Rude management and sales rep.
Made little effort Short on responses Sales person was poor Never called 3 different people emailed me??
I think the wait was too long for a oil change and tire rotation. This procedure was scheduled ahead of time. This took 3 or 3 hours!!! Not Good.
Oil change turned into engine locking up and a ton of unexpected expenses including putting in a new engine.
Poor service had a horrible experience
