My experience with BMW of Greensboro was the worst. I was contacted by BMW of Greensboro about a recall and wanted me to come in and get it fixed. We scheduled a week and a half out, for a one day fix. When I get there to drop my car off (On a Thursday morning) they, didn't even have part at shop. BMW Rep acted as if they would have to order part and it wouldn't be ready by end of day. I expressed I was going out of town that day and wouldn't be back until Sunday. my car was not service on 8/4/23
Part missing off the back of the car. Staff never return my calls, even after leaving multiple voice mails and messages with other staff. Check in and check out was chaotic and frustrating. Still waiting for a response from them on the missing part. I will avoid using them as far as practically possible
My experience was awful. They crashed my beautiful BMW, the nicest car i've ever owned, while in the service center. Then they repaired the damage and when we went to pick it up the panels that were repaired did not align. Then they repaired it again, meanwhile for months we are in a loaner car. Then to add insult to injury the general manager offered $1,300 and no charge for the service in exchange for my signature on a release prepared by their attorney for which I did not sign. I did a routine maintenance check with BMW and they found 3 items that needed attention (one item was handled previously by them in 2019). The total amount was over $3800. I went to Carr Automotive and they did a complete check, replaced the thermostat, checked the oil pan (a repair BMW previously fixed and needed attention AGAIN) all for less than $800. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP unless it's for a recall.
Service was slow with an apportionment I still waited over an hour. They charged my credit card more than the sale. No one has contacted me.
Kept trying to sell me work I didnt need for a garaged car that is less than a year old with 2,000 miles on it
They were not able to look at the vehicle as they were very busy and told me it will be a week before they can even diagnose the problem. No time estimate for repairs. I contacted Flow BMW of Winston-Salem and they were kind enough to provided a loaner and drove my vehicle to their service and diagnosed the same day! The parts were ordered and the vehicle was repaired in two days.
Terrible, I didn't receive a summarization, of work completed, didn't Issue any document to me regarding potential upcoming needed service, worst service I'v e had at this location, also was charged a brake flush service and didn't request the service.
