I did a routine maintenance check with BMW and they found 3 items that needed attention (one item was handled previously by them in 2019). The total amount was over $3800. I went to Carr Automotive and they did a complete check, replaced the thermostat, checked the oil pan (a repair BMW previously fixed and needed attention AGAIN) all for less than $800. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP unless it's for a recall.
Service was slow with an apportionment I still waited over an hour. They charged my credit card more than the sale. No one has contacted me.
Kept trying to sell me work I didnt need for a garaged car that is less than a year old with 2,000 miles on it
They were not able to look at the vehicle as they were very busy and told me it will be a week before they can even diagnose the problem. No time estimate for repairs. I contacted Flow BMW of Winston-Salem and they were kind enough to provided a loaner and drove my vehicle to their service and diagnosed the same day! The parts were ordered and the vehicle was repaired in two days.
Terrible, I didn't receive a summarization, of work completed, didn't Issue any document to me regarding potential upcoming needed service, worst service I'v e had at this location, also was charged a brake flush service and didn't request the service.
Horrible every time I go to Get service at Crown they want to do diagnostic checks! I go for a simple oil change and Crown Consistently finds additional work to fix. I got my vehicle from Crown and wanted to feel comfortable with them servicing my vehicle. This Not the case Women Beware!!!
Very disappointed with BMW Bought new EV after waiting for more than six months and tyre needs to be replaced after less than 7000 miles
They did the bait and switch the car I inquired about was already sold but it was still posted for sell for about 2 weeks after my inquiry BMW contacted me to tell me they had several similar cars that were priced 9000.00 more than the car I inquired about
Lied about the cost of having the tires rotated and took 3 hours to do an hour and half job.
