They got me in and out of an oil change in 2 hours! It was so convenient and I never even had to schedule an appointment. They are quick, friendly and approachable. No gimmicks here!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great prices!! It took awhile to get my oil change, however with great staff, exemplary work,and unbeatable pricing it's no wonder I didn't have to wait much longer. The coffee was completely out and the little accessory store needed some dusting; there was dust coated very thick. I wound definitely come back again, and again and would highly recommend your business to any and everyone! Thanks so much :) see you in approximately 3,000 miles!
Honestly, I come back to this Bobbie and Steve's location for all of my servicing needs. Everyone is so kind, helpful and I feel very trustworthy. Never one have I been told I needed a service/maintenance that was unnecessary. I appreciate the honest straight-forward approach and have since sent other people to the Columbia Heights location.
I was unhappy with trying to upsell me with more repair work. I was in a hurry and appreciated that they had time to look at my car but I never received an initial estimate and thought it was overpriced for just needing a freon fill.
