Took care of an immediate issue and handled everything top-notch.
I need my CAR! The repair I had was not complex. When I brought it in, it seemed like it would be an hour. HOWEVER, the FLAW is "duplicated" on both the top of the engine, and the bottom. THE GUYS CHECKED THE BOTTOM of the engine too. They CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY.. "We'll have it by 9 tomorrow." They did. They called me at 8 AM! It was done, I had it by 8:30 and I was "on the road". Limped my SUV down the street to the shop at 830am. Took it right in and the repairs were completed by 1pm. Nice guys, very helpful and I'll bring it back soon to have another issue completed. Expensive? Yes but what automotive repair shop isn't? I'd recommend Bobby & Steve's to friends/family.Thanks for a great repair job!
They were very fast and nice talked me into the best oil change...but didn't let me know about the inspection results and didn't tell me I'd have to go to a different place for the carwash I'd go back though

I had my automatic windows fixed there. The inside door panel was not replaced correctly. Now my lock on the drivers side door doesn't work. Brought it back to have it fixed and they tried charging me to fix what they screwed up. Claimed they didn't do it when you could clearly see the inside panel was not replaced correctly. Was not happy
This business is gets my highest rating. They are efficient, accurate, trustworthy, and reliable. That combination is hard to find these days!
Came in for a full-service oil change, which is a pretty standard and routine service. With a full-service oil change, all fluids are to be checked and "topped off." Well, that did not happen. My dash display indicated low windshield washer fluid, so you'd think that was enough of a hint to fill the fluid. And even without the display/alert indicator when they started the vehicle to pull it into the shop/bay, they should be checking all fluid levels anyway.
