While they did my oil change, they also looked at things on my vehicle. Paid attention to things i should look into. Gave me all information needed.

I had an excellent experience with the team. The oil change/system flush was done in a timely fashion. The mechanics also thoroughly inspected my vehicle and actually found a nail in one of my tires, which was also repaired. I was very grateful they took the time to look and find the tire leak as I was heading out of town on a road trip. They saved me a flat tire change in the middle of nowhere! Now that is real old-school customer service. Thank you!!! Paul Gintner

I came in for an "oil change" only and was told it would take approx a half hour and I called 2 minutes before I walked in and was told the same thing and it took 1 1/2 hours... I was 20 min late for a meeting i needed to be at and very irritated.. Customer service guys were great but I could tell there was some frustrations between the service guys and them... Service in the end was good but very unsatisfied with the time it took... I wouldn't have brought it there at that time if I knew it would take that long..
