Terrible, I brought my truck in for a rotation, balance and an alignment. The first time I brought it it the forgot to tighten a bolt on the alignment bar wich made getting the alignment useless and not to mention very dangerous. When I brought it in the second time for them to fix it it took them almost 6 hours and they said their excuse was that they were waiting for an open bay, when I got there both bays were already open.

I've come here before and waited without a problem knowing there would be a wait. I come this time around noon, I'm told I'm the next one in and should be ready to go pretty quickly. 2 other individuals come in, get their oil changed and are out before I am. Since I did have only 2 hours to wait after about hour 1 I see my car pulled out of the lot and into the shop. I sit around a bit longer and after a while I stand up and can see through the window. This shop is a total ripoff! If I could give them negative stars I would. I took my car to have a knocking checked out and they told my my engine was shot because it had no oil in it, they handed me a list of cars I could "buy directly from them" charged me $60 for "diagnosing it and putting oil back in it". I paid them and took it to another mechanic with a smaller family run shop. He informed me my engine was damaged but not shot, he told me the shop that put oil in it put used oil in it and he had to clean all of that old... read more
my car is ruined.. I went into bobby and steves to get a noise fixed the told me it was the ball joint I paid 480 bucks to fix it. my vehicle is still making noise and on top of that my car shakes now. on top of that when I break my car pulls to the right now.. it was not doning that until I let bobby and steves mechanics touch my car.. I hate booby and steves the suck.. now my car is ruined.
The guys at the counter were extremely courteous and very friendly. I will definitely be back!
B & S's did a great job with initial recommendation/estimate of shocks for my truck, and did the other work that I asked of them. They don't come back at you with a "laundry list" of other things they advise you to do like other places.
