The time was good. I didn't wait very long but THe cashier was so mean that he refused to tell me how much the tax will be on my bill even after I asked him. he was not happy about me asking him to explain the charges.
I bought 4 tires and oil change for $630, they gave me $60 points but I got disappointed when I came back to change the bearing wheels I told him how much he said it will cost you $300-310 but as soon as I presented my card points and told him I have $60 he did oh you bill will be $371 then I feel this a rip off to tell me one price and when u found out I have worth of $60 point you up the price. That's really sucks and I will make sure to share that on social media, community. I'm very disappointed
The people I dealt with when I brought my car in were great, but your on-line reservation system needs work. When I came in for my appointment time I was told that I was not on the schedule...even though I got a confirmation email saying my on-line reservation has been made.
Very pleasant but took a long time to change oil , even with an appointment. Got the cheaper one, no fluids , just an oil change with filter. Watched my car being worked on , he started to drain the oil, then sat down for about 10 minutes I guess on break. He and his buddies sat and chatted for what seemed like a long time. I understand quality work takes time but next time I think I will pay the extra $10 and go to Vavoline Instant Oil Change. I've always been happy with the work that gets done. Employees let me know what REALLY needs to be done, and rates are fair.
They do a wonderful job here and are very nice. The only thing i do not like is, everytime i get my oil changed here, they try to tell me my car needs something it doesn't. My car has 250,000 miles on it, cleaning off my engine would bring up problems, they just look at me like a girl who probably doesnt know much about cars and want to screw me over for money. Unappreciated
