Brought my vehicle in for service and spent over $400.00. When you turn on the vehicle, there is an alert about low air in one of the tires. I wanted to see if the individual who worked on my vehicle would take it upon himself to simply check the tires and ensure there was sufficient air in each of them. Unfortunately, that did NOT happen. Had a great experience with you guys. Brought in my vehicle on a weekday evening after 6pm and had the alternator fixed very quickly. Appreciate the late hours as I didn't have to miss work to get my vehicle fixed. Great service and friendly staff!
I switched to bobby and Steve's to do my ignition interlock Recalebration after have to many bad experiences at another shop. Even thought it is a little farther for me to drive it is well worth it. They get me in and out without delay. Oh and they are friendly, not something I can say about the other place as I always felt like I was and intrusion when I went there.
When in to get a quote on new tires...gave advisor my price point and he didn't try to talk me into higher price tires, and in fact came back with a least expensive option and a recommendation for those tires. Installation was fairly quick at about an hour and a half after he said they could do it "right now". Great service--definitely be back.

Never take you car to Bobby and Steves. Rude service advisor. Estimate was way lower than final bill. I plan on reporting them to the BBB for deceptive business practices.
