So kind and professional! They kept my house so clean and tidy through the entire process. Pricing was very straightforward. And technician explained my ac unit and all of its functions thoroughly before leaving. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Thank you to Bobs Heating and Air Conditioning! Josh with the sales staff was professional, responded promptly and didn’t pressure. Then the installation was amazing. Kody and Ian treated me like family. They were also professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I had another install the same day that didn’t go so well (Invisible Fence Company). Kody and Ian saw what went wrong and helped fix all the other company’s shortcomings. Highly recommended!!!!

Sales person knowledgeable, and seemed more interested in selling a system that fit OUR needs rather than "look at all the whistles and bells you could buy and up my commission". Installers showed up on time, were competent, and cleaned up after themselves. Also were willing to answer stupid questions from dumb customer.

We had several bids on a new furnace and air conditioning. I knew my son in-law used this company and was happy with their installation of a heat pump. I had another bid from a larger company who advertise a lot. Bottom line was no pressure and good price. They did installation in one day and installer gave run down on operation. I am confident in the equipment. This is second Summer and loving the air conditioning.

Total pros. Hired then to do our annual maintenance after almost 20 years with another company because every time the other company came out to do the maintenance they always found about $1000 worth of repairs they needed to do. Without me telling the Bob's guy that, he did the annual maintenance and said, "You are good to go." I appreciated that so much. Besides, they have an awesome TV jingle.

I’ve been using Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning now for over 10 years. All of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, genuinely helpful and nice, and punctual. I’ve never had any issues which is why I continue to rely on them every year to device my units.

We hired Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning to install central air conditioning in our home. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Rick provided our estimate and he did a great job of filling us in on what to expect during installation. The two main installers, Adam and Elliot, were professional, friendly, and really paid attention to all of the details involved. The quality of their work was outstanding. What a team!
