Just bad all around service
Nobody ever came to our table. Hardly any tables had any food. We walked out. Pitiful
Our server was attentive and we got food and drinks in a short time. Not a lot of healthy food options on the menu and many ingredients are used in multiple dishes (see mushroom, broccolini and sweet potato…you find them in the sweet potato gnocchi AND in the skirt steak dish ) The ambient is very “sustainable/ farm to table” kinda vibe. I would recommend this place if you don’t have high expectations nor picky eater.
It was impossible to make a reservation. I called twice and left messages and no one returned either of my calls They only take an open table reservation one day ahead
I went for breakfast at 10am and the food was good, but the waiter was not attentive or friendly. We asked multiple times for the same items and it was just overall not good service. There was no spunk or even willingness shown by any of the waiters that day.
Boca has a great atmosphere inside but the food and service was nothing that will bring us back. We were there at 1:30 for lunch and needless to say it was not busy. The service was slow and not consistent. We had to ask to order, had to ask for more water, and ask for our bill. My husband thought the burger was great, but the appetizers, soup and flatbread were not anything I would order again. Overall - I would not recommend
Overpriced mediocre food. How are grape tomatoes and shreds of cheese “heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella”!? The OMG burger is a NOTHING burger. The beer is in small glasses. Specials…out of those. Staff meal…nope. Last time.
We each ordered the staff meal of the 7 oz filet. With briccolini, rice and fingerling potatoes. The steak was cut into 2 very thin pieces. There’s is no way it was 7 oz. While it was tasty. It was not at all worth $51. And there was only one tiny piece of broccolini. And why have rice and potatoes? And so little broccoli. We were both very disappointed.
Raw burger bad salad They have a bad policy of stacking outdoor chairs near closing while your eating. Literally taking chairs from the table being used. Very annoying
