I switched to Bottini fuel from another company I used for ever. I found Bottini very helpful and the team was very patient with me. They went over everything with me so their wasn't any surprises. I am very very happy with them.
Were happy to be with Bottini since a few years now. They provide a reliable, efficient service. In the past we dealt with other heating oil delivery services here in The Catskills that were less reliable . You certainly dont want to be in a predicament where you run out of heating oil in the dead of winter which has happened to us. With Bottini we are on an auto-delivery plan that is reliable and effective. Their staff is customer friendly and efficient. We appreciate Bottinis great service and were happy customers !
Bottini fuel. Do not recall name of technician but he showed up on time for our pre-scheduled appointment and did what he was supposed to do without issue. In general, Bottini has been a good company and easy to work with. My only criticism is their account/billing page is very confusing. It always has at least 2 different amounts for what I "owe" even though over 80% of the time I am in the black with them. I continue to be confused on a monthly basis when I see my billing statement. The gentleman who serviced my oil burner was very professional. He was on time, focused, and very polite. He was thorough and tested the system after servicing to make sure everything was in working order.
Very responsive to calls. Service technicians knowledgeable and efficient. Appointments kept timely. Have used for both heatand central air. Highly recommended.
