I purchased a Bradford White water heater. It did not come with an outer door. I contacted the supplier who said I would have to contact Bradford White. I called Bradford White's 24 hour service line and was told that their parts department could help me the next morning when they were open. I contacted the parts department who told me that the supplier (who said to call Bradford White and have them mail me the part) were the ones to help me. After living in our first home for 15 years with a Bradford White water heater that was replaced after 17 years of use with another Bradford White we moved to a home circa 1960 with the original Bradford still working! Our home inspector and contractor were stunned, they had never seen a water heater that old still working.
