To whom it may concern I am texting my concerns about your product. A Bradford white hot water tank which was proven defective after being installed. Before the removal the tank cause a mass waste of water, and an increase of expenditure on a 95 year old senior citizen income. Not to mention having to do without hot water necessary for her transition for her good night rest. As well as the inconvenience to her children for for three days

I live in a city where water quality is quite good. My home's original water heater developed a leak after 25+ years. This happened 8 years ago. I had it replaced with a Bradford White water heater. After about 4 years, the Bradford White water heater rusted through and began leaking. The replacement was covered under warranty. My gas hot water heater is less than 3 yrs old and im having to pay $575 for a repair but worse is i have to wait 4 to 5 days for part..... Very poor product!!

We were sold and installed a 50-gallon Bradford White water heater and were told it was suitable for a family of six. In practice, this has not been true at all. After repeated issues with running out of hot water, we contacted the company and spoke directly with their technician. The technician stated that only about 35 gallons of the 50-gallon tank is usable hot water, and that this equates to approximately 19 minutes of shower time total. Second unit put in, first was leaking now the second the hot water doesn't last get luke warm quick. What a waste of money.

We had a bradford white residential home water heater. We purchased our home in 2021, custom built. Just replaced with this piece of crap bradford white water heater,1/21/26. Piece of crap was built with in ferrous fittings, founds galvanic corrosion at the interior and exterior pipe fittings. Reason for the hot water leaking. DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS PIECE OF CRAP!! BUY RHEEM!

Energy cost remains high even in the Heat Pump Only mode PLUS even with a 50 gallon water tank we run out of hot water with a shower lasting more than 12 minutes. Hardly enough time to wash my hair and shave my legs. Then my husband has luke warm water for his shower. We can get two showers in our motorhome with a 7 gallon hot water tank. Something is very wrong with this tank. Maybe it is the operator but we are in Southern California with winter temperatures at night in the 50's and day in the low 70's. Heat Pump ... read more

I had a Bradford water heater installed in March 2021. The anode rotted out this past year and had to be replaced. Both heating elements failed this week. The heater came with a six year warranty but Bradford refuses to honor their warranty so this latest repair bill is just short of $800. For two or three hundred dollars more I could get a brand new water heater, but it will never be another Bradford

Brand new Bradford White gas water heater less than 4 months old. Loudly clangs all the time- like an old water heater. You can hear it upstairs. Plumber adjusted the ballast with no reduction of noise. It replaced a quiet A.O Smith. Very disappointed with the heater. BW needs to replace it or find a fix.
