This has been a great water heater, but I need to change the temperature AND THERE IS NO ONLINE HELP! What lousy customer support.

I had a 75 gallon water heater Model No. RG275H6N installed in July 2019. On April 20, 2024, it already sprung a leak in less than 5 years. Needless to say, I am so disappointed not only for the inconvenience but for the cost I will incur for the installation of the replacement. If not only for the warranty, I would replace it with another brand, like Rheem or A. O. Smith.

I manage some condos in Olympia, simply put, you don't make your manufacture date obvious, costs me additional time during inspection and just adds ambiguity to a small critical portion of our daily lives. I won't recommend your product. Who gets the rebates most? Your contractors or my clients?

My home was built in July 2017 by a reputable builder. I had the BW 75 Gal Gas HWH with Power venting installed; an expensive unit. Ater 6 years and 7 months, my HWH is rusted out, and water leaks into the pan causing the unit to not work and need replacing; 7 months after the warranty expiration. I too would think the unit would last longer. Leaking likely leaking for months/years by the signs of the rust on the pan floor, etc... I would've hope the warranty could be honored being.

I have the RC2PV50H6X just going on 6 years old. Chose it for high efficiency for a household of six people. When it's working, it's great. That said, the gas valve had been replaced twice before the plumber determined - even after multiple consultations with BW - the "gas valve fault" error it kept throwing was not due to the gas valve, but the pressure switch. No, vent was not blocked. Now that the switch has been replaced it works fine. Of course, it cost me multiple service visit labor fees. Earlier on, the igniter assem... read more

Do NOT buy a Bradford White water heater. Here's my story: We built a house in 2018 and the builder put in a Bradford White water heater. By 2023, we dealt with 6 months of discolored, rusty water. They said we needed to replace the anode. We did that. We installed an electric one. Supposedly the best anode rod you could get to protect your heater. Then the heater started leaking from the bottom in Feb 2023. It was within warranty, so Bradford White covered the replacement. We had it replaced by a reputable plumbin... read more

Seems to be a poorly supported product. Bradfor white website asks for zip code to recommend product support. When entering the website it provides the message "there are no contractors in your area". Why not recommend some contractors that are the closest to our location?

I had Bradford water heater model URG240T6N installed on 1/10/2022 and on 12/7/2023 it (Gas valve kit) broke down less than 2 years!!!) which I need to call plumber or installer. No doubt the parts are under warranty but the labor cost me $375!!! and the inconvenience. My old water heater lasted me more than 20 years without any repair at all. Are you telling me that about every 2 years I need to spend so much replacing parts? this is unreliable brand.

Replaced a Sears water heater that lasted 12 years with a Bradford White that my plumber recommended. It lasted 6 months before it started leaking. Had to pay $250 in labor to get it replaced, since there wasn't anything the plumber did wrong. Tried to get Bradford White to reimburse me, they told me to go pound sand. If it would've lasted at least a few years, I'd be OK with it, but 6 months. Don't recommended this company.
