I was very pleased with Dr Gilbert and the entire staff at Emerge Ortho. After suffering for over a year with pain, weakness, unstable walking and constant throbbing in my hip I decided to do some research on orthopedic Dr's in the area. I chose Dr Gilbert because of his many years of experience and positive reviews. The surgery was a complete success. Within days I progressed from walker to cane to no assistance walking. I am now pain free and able to walk again without limping.

Dr. Gilbert, I want to thank you for replacing my hip. I am recoving quickly and have started walking without any assistance only 5 weeks after my Hip replacement. I had the surgery on a Monday morning and the nursing staff had me on my feet using the bathroom Monday afternoon. Dr. Gilbert was friendly and very professional. I could not have found another surgion that was more qualified for a hip repacement. If anyone is considering hip replacement, do not hesitate, contact Dr. Gilbert.

Dr Gilbert replaced my right hip. Prior to the operation I had a great deal of pain and now seven weeks after the surgery my hip feels great with no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Gilbert.

From the first appointment, Dr. Gilbert exhibited all the traits that I was looking for in a surgeon. He is compassionate, takes time to explain and answer questions, sets up other medical appointments to make sure that the surgery would be a safe option for me. He called the night before to reassure me. My hip was a mess and the surgery, due to his expertise, went really well. My recovery was well supported by Dr. Gilbert and his PT staff. Dr. Gilbert replaced both of my knees this year and I highly recommend him and his entire staff! Not only is he an excellent surgeon but he is very kind and caring. He takes his time with you during your appointments to make sure he’s answered all of your questions and concerns. It was also very comforting when he called the night before the surgery to check on me and see if he could answer any questions I might have.

Dr. Gilbert replaced both hips for my wife. She couldn't walk without the aid of a walker when she first went to see him, and was experiencing lots of pain. Now, after two surgeries to replace her hip joints, she is walking as well as ever with no pain. He is very friendly, cares about his patients, and does excellent work. We highly recommend him and EmergOrtho to anyone searching for an excellent doctor, and all employees as well, to greatly improve their quality of life.
