Dr. Kotlus is an exceptional doctor. He made me feel very confident and knowledgable about the procedures I chose and carefully explained everything and was always asking if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Kotlus to anyone who is considering plastic surgery or any other procedure.

What can I say?? Dr. Kotlus was very professional and an excellent Dr, He explained what he was going to do step by step, before and during the surgery so there were no surprises.. I know I was a little nervous going into this surgery, but as I look back now,, it was a piece of cake thanks to him and his staff, I would recommend anyone that had the eye problem I had to talk to Dr. Kotlus. you will look 10 years younger in 2 months...

I wish he had warned me of the risks of revision surgery I had revision surgery with Dr. Kotlus in 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. I felt comfortable with Dr. Kotlus because he took measurements and was not pushy with procedures. However, despite his great demeanor, I was disappointed with the results. I had a history of three blepharoplasties at the time. I was generally happy with my eyes and wanted to correct some minor residual asymmetries. I wish Dr. Kotlus had warned me of the risks of revision surgery, and tha... read more

Eye bag & filler bump after under eye fillers for hollowness Had a consultation for upper and lower blepharoplasty which cost $250. I was told I'm a good candidate for surgery (upper lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer $11,500) or fillers. I decided to try under eye fillers for $1,250 The fillers didn't help with the under eye hollowness and after a few months under one eye the filler moved and formed a noticeable bump under the eye. So I had an eye bag and a filler bump. Contacted the office was told to press the filler ... read more

Surgery for bags: bags removed but now one eye shape/size slightly different than before and so eyes appear slightly asymmetrical, especially when wearing eyeliner and in photos. Just don’t look like me. Fat grafting too minimal, so hollowness in eye troughs noticeable. And in other area where fat was injected, ended up with two small lumps, so basically lump replaced bag on one side. C...

I’ll start this review by saying that it’s one thing to judge a doctor by their actions when things go smoothly— but i think their actions when things do not go smoothly say a lot more. I went to Dr. Kotlus for my (first) ptosis repair in December of 2020. I’ve had congenital ptosis in my left eye since I was little and after years of it being an insecurity, decided to seek out corre...

I went to Dr. Kotlus for my (first) ptosis repair in December of 2020.
