Dr. Kotlus is very accommodating. He worked with my schedule and met with me when it was convenient for me. Couldn't ask for more.
Brett S. Kotlus is a great doctor. He was willing to adjust his time to meet me the latest he could. When I got there, he quickly did his measurements of my eyes and could tell me the choices. His advices were very good. I felt he never pressured me of any of the choices. His advice was the non surgical choice and the cheapest. His manners were very pleasant. I really felt Brett S. Kotlus really cares for his patients. I feel he really knew what he was doing. I would highly refer him.

Fantastic bedside manner, meticulous, patient and extremely humble. Never appeared rushed and he is completely at ease which calmed my nerves throughout the process. An overall great plastic surgeon! Dr. Kotlus is a very gentle soul. He was attentive and careful with me; I felt very comfortable with him. He also called me the night after my surgery to make sure everything was fine with me. At our consultation, he answered all of my questions and put me at ease.
Very personable, discussed realistic expectations and he made sure he kept my appearance natural. Very important! I like and admire that he's conservative about what he does to you. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Easy. Calm and comfortable. Dr. Kotlus is very straightforward regarding what is happening and what the results will be. He does not make false promises and discusses options with you. The entire staff is really nice and always talkative and friendly.
Dr. Kotlus is amazing! I had no bruising whatsoever when I got Juvederm under my eyes yesterday! He said he has a technique he uses for minimal bruising and apparently it worked wonders for me Bc I don't have one bruise on my face. He is definitely the only doctor I am ever going to again for injections.
