I would recommend Dr. Kotlus to anyone, who isn't sure who to trust their eyes with. I had a lower blepharoplasty done, and the amount of attention to detail that Dr. Kotlus exercises is really amazing . Not only pre-op but post-op. If you are sick of your bags dragging you down, know that you can trust your face with Dr. Kotlus.
15 days ago I had treatment to reposition lower lid fat , laser and fat grafting. I had consulted 4 doctors, but Dr. Brett Kotlus was my choice for many reasons. Detail oriented, focused on your goals, very pleasant demeanor
Dr. Kotlus made feel very calm. Showed a lot of compassion and made me feel like i was the most important pateint he had. A man with so much talent, was humble and a real professional.
I wanted Botox for several years but hesitated a few times because I was not sure that the doctors I had consulted with at that time would address my need for a very natural looking result. Brett S. Kotlus is a great doctor. He was willing to adjust his time to meet me the latest he could. When I got there, he quickly did his measurements of my eyes and could tell me the choices. His advices were very good. I felt he never pressured me of any of the choices. His advice was the non surgical choice and the cheapest. His manners were very pleasant. I really felt Brett S. Kotlus really cares for his patients. I feel he really knew what he was doing. I would highly refer him.

Fantastic bedside manner, meticulous, patient and extremely humble. Never appeared rushed and he is completely at ease which calmed my nerves throughout the process. An overall great plastic surgeon!
