Easy. Calm and comfortable. Dr. Kotlus is very straightforward regarding what is happening and what the results will be. He does not make false promises and discusses options with you. The entire staff is really nice and always talkative and friendly.
Dr. Kotlus is amazing! I had no bruising whatsoever when I got Juvederm under my eyes yesterday! He said he has a technique he uses for minimal bruising and apparently it worked wonders for me Bc I don't have one bruise on my face. He is definitely the only doctor I am ever going to again for injections.
Dr. Kotlus performed the non surg rhinoplasty about 3 yrs ago and I just recently went back to have procedure done again. Dr. Kotlus is unlike any other plastic surgeon. He not only listens but genuinely cares; he understood how bothered I was by another surgeons work or lack of. He asked what has happened since it had been over 2 yrs since I last had the injection; He not only listened but gave advice that was truthful and genuine. Omg, I have never ever ever had someone as gentle as Dr Kotlus. Very caring and when the procedure was finished the medical assistant asked me to rage my pain between 1 & 10, 10 being the worst, I said one, she asked me fifteen minutes later what pain level I was art and I still was art the number one! Incredible.
Dr. Kotlus explained exactly what would happen and didn't pressure me into more than I wanted. He eased my worries and was very gentle. He improves on your negative features and accentuates the positive in a natural way. I also love that he shared my before and after photo's with me. That was a first! I'm so relieved and happy to have him for my Dr :).
Dr. Kotlus explains the procedure in a simple straightforward manner. He is professional and conscientious.
Outstanding Surgeon, Great bedside manor, Answered ALL my questions plus some I didn't think to ask. Confident and proud of his work but not one bit cocky about it. To me Dr. Kotlus came across as genuinely concerned and empathetic to my perceived problems. He offered solutions....my pictures prove he knows exactly what he is doing.
The staff at Dr. Kotlus's office were very friendly and comforting. Dr. Kotlus talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable during the surgery. The practice is very neat and clean.
Dr. Kotlus was very attentive and forthcoming with information. The procedure and the results are just as he described. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
