Very pleased with his sincere approach and follow up. He is a leader in the field given his expertise but we were really put at ease with his personal touch and genuine concern for our well being and concerns. Very happy with outcome. We really cannot say enough positive things about Dr Kotlus and his entire staff. They were accommodating and very supportive every step of the way.
I would recommend Dr. Kotlus to anyone, who isn't sure who to trust their eyes with. I had a lower blepharoplasty done, and the amount of attention to detail that Dr. Kotlus exercises is really amazing . Not only pre-op but post-op. If you are sick of your bags dragging you down, know that you can trust your face with Dr. Kotlus.
15 days ago I had treatment to reposition lower lid fat , laser and fat grafting. I had consulted 4 doctors, but Dr. Brett Kotlus was my choice for many reasons. Detail oriented, focused on your goals, very pleasant demeanor
Dr. Kotlus made feel very calm. Showed a lot of compassion and made me feel like i was the most important pateint he had. A man with so much talent, was humble and a real professional.
I wanted Botox for several years but hesitated a few times because I was not sure that the doctors I had consulted with at that time would address my need for a very natural looking result. After looking at Doctor Kotlus' before and after results on Real Self, and the very improved and completely natural appearance in every case featured, I decided to consult with him about Botox. Brett S. Kotlus is a great doctor. He was willing to adjust his time to meet me the latest he could. When I got there, he quickly did his measurements of my eyes and could tell me the choices. His advices were very good. I felt he never pressured me of any of the choices. His advice was the non surgical choice and the cheapest. His manners were very pleasant. I really felt Brett S. Kotlus really cares for his patients. I feel he really knew what he was doing. I would highly refer him.
