Dr Kotlus proved to be the best choice I could have made. He and his office staff were professional warm and caring. I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. I love what I see when I look in the mirror and I have a new lease on life. Dr Kotlus was available to me via text after my surgery to answer any questions I had which was very reassuring. I'm still pinching myself at the outcome.
Beyond thrilled! I am a thin 38 year old guy who always had some deep tear troughs, but as I aged the hollows around my eyes became more pronounced and it really started to bother me. Very pleased with his sincere approach and follow up. He is a leader in the field given his expertise but we were really put at ease with his personal touch and genuine concern for our well being and concerns. Very happy with outcome. We really cannot say enough positive things about Dr Kotlus and his entire staff. They were accommodating and very supportive every step of the way.
I would recommend Dr. Kotlus to anyone, who isn't sure who to trust their eyes with. I had a lower blepharoplasty done, and the amount of attention to detail that Dr. Kotlus exercises is really amazing . Not only pre-op but post-op. If you are sick of your bags dragging you down, know that you can trust your face with Dr. Kotlus.
15 days ago I had treatment to reposition lower lid fat , laser and fat grafting. I had consulted 4 doctors, but Dr. Brett Kotlus was my choice for many reasons. Dr. Kotlus made feel very calm. Showed a lot of compassion and made me feel like i was the most important pateint he had. A man with so much talent, was humble and a real professional.
I wanted Botox for several years but hesitated a few times because I was not sure that the doctors I had consulted with at that time would address my need for a very natural looking result.
