I saw Dr. Kotlus today because one of my eyes are asymmetrical. Dr. Kotlus was totally understanding and was able to work with me to come up with a solution that was specific to my needs. The results were immediate and brought tears of joy to my eyes. I couldn’t believe it!!! Dr. Kotlus is truly a highly skilled Dr. and artist that enhances your landscape. I am beyond thrilled!!!

Seriously ,I am glad I have met a brilliant doctor who really knows what he is doing. I went to see him for eyelids fillers as I am not ready yet for eyelids surgery. This type of procedure has to be done for someone who is specialist in eyelids as Dr Brett. I would never let anyone put his/her hands if I were not 200% convinced and confident. The circumstances under which I met Dr.Kotlus weren't pleasant, as I needed him to correct a horrible injection of Juvederm under my eyes, which the injector was too scared to touch after his abysmal results. After going to a highly recommended dermatologist and been ripped off for a botox lasted 8 weeks and filler for 2 weeks, I started searching a doctor on my own and found Dr Kotlus online. After reading rave reviews about Dr. Kotlus, I was eager to go to him for a consultation for under-eye troughs/ under eye bags. I whole heartedly agree with all the positive reviews. Dr. Kotlus was very considerate and you can tell really cares about the patient. After having this procedure with Dr. Brett I can clearly say that all the other doctors I visited previously for the same treatment are not worth and they did not know exactly what they are doing. In my opinion for this specific area, it has to be a plastic surgeon and one who knows very well the facial anatomy.
