Jackie was Very pleasant, patient,& Accommodating. She gave me very helpful and honest advice on my issue. This is why I love BSCU as the people are always so very nice and helpful.
Sebastian was one of the most cordial, patient service agents I've ever had the pleasure with whom to work. His articulated voice and audio mannerism in general were immaculate. I wrote down his name in order that I may contact him personally the next time I require support help.

Today an awesome young lady came to my rescue. she proved to be competent and caring as she handled all my issues. I nominate Antoinette for Ms Congeniality. Because of customer service Reps like her I am a satisfied member of the Credit Union since 1966. Keep up the excellent work!
