Today an awesome young lady came to my rescue. she proved to be competent and caring as she handled all my issues. I nominate Antoinette for Ms Congeniality. Because of customer service Reps like her I am a satisfied member of the Credit Union since 1966. Keep up the excellent work!

The person I spoke with was super patient and kind answered all questions that I had researched and answered all concerns it was a pleasure dealing with him. I am so happy i have made the switch to Brightstar the best so far!!!!!

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the 40 minute wait on hold to get connected to speak to someone but other than that the entire experience was great the individual who helped me that a great job
Barbara was Super helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She answered every question and guided me to where I needed to go to access all my banking info. In addition, She was so patient as I am not very computer savvy. I feel much better now that I can navigate the site from her helping me. Thank You.
