I called Aundrae Clark at Margate branch about opening an secured credit card to improve my credit. He not only help me get a credit card(Regular) but also help walk me through the process of getting a car loan and getting my new car. This is not the first time I've encountered great service at Brightstar credit Union. They are absolutely amazing. They are patient and really care to help you.
Rashida was excellent in her position of helping me navigate thru my questions and her calm answers no matter how strange I asked. She deserves the highest praise from her supervisors for a job well done 👍 She is a great asset to your organization

Sandra in customer service was unlike any corporation I had spoke with. Very courteous and focused on the issue before speaking about a solution. Exhausted all possible solutions to help solve my issues. Prior to this call to BSCU I was on the phone with a National bank and it was relieving to know my primary bank is with Bright Star Credit Union.
