Representative was patient and answered all my questions. Helped me understand and navigate online accounts. She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service.
The rep who assisted me was very pleasant and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the aervice in which I received.

Jasmine was very helpful ,however my problem was not resolved and I'm still waiting to find out how someone can just withdraw 5,000 from my account without my authorization? And why I wasn't notified??
