I usually don't do these but I really wanted to let you know how impressed I was by the way my call was handled this morning. When I called I was on hold and I took the call-back option. That worked really well and I was called back in a reasonable period of time. A young man named Robert Pannunzio handled my call. He was not only well informed and intuitive but he was very patient.
