Thank you, for your professionalism and understanding response in regards to my experience and other responses that were more of negative unprofessionalism by staff and adimin as your GM. I regret not being able to fulfill the 3 day (verbal agreement) free trial, as I was recommended to go else where/denied service for seeking to grieve some concerns or complaints (with that of Freedom of Speech but without slander, as such was in my opinions). So happy we have options when it comes to spare time gyms. We usually go to the one in Town Center EDH, but pay a few $ more to also come to Broadstone and take advantage of the great activities, facilities and food court! We love our trainers and the different types of classes that are held here to help and produce a healthier lifestyle.

I was there for a tennis tournament this weekend and I have to say the cafe and the staff that were working it were the best I've seen at any club like this ever. They were a little overwhelmed by the number of people so wait times were long, but it was worth it!

Been a member here for 7 years since moving from Florida. The club has plenty of amenities - tennis and pickle ball courts, lap pool, gym. My whole family has taken lessons from the tennis pros. This club has enriched our lives.

Slightly more expensive (with 1st year discounts) than Cal Fit but still way cheaper than Lifetime. The pros that earned it the 4 stars: Better class availability than all the cheaper gyms and the classes have good instructors. Tons of tennis/pickleball courts (extra cost to use), Lots of activities going on A good lobby area with lounge seating/cafe and a locker room that's better than Lifetime IMO. What can I say? Our 1-year membership ends soon, so I should write a review. We have really enjoyed our time at Broadstone. Just a lovely gym, great employees, a daycare that's collaborative with parents, and swim clinics were challenging but so worth it for our kids. We moved to Folsom a year ago and enjoyed the gym atmosphere here after the one-week trial. Since all of our other gyms no longer offered daycare after two years we decided to try this club. It is a great club with several amenities and the kids love the daycare center.

I have only been a member of Broadstone for 2 days but I already feel compelled to leave a review. From the moment I walked though the doors, I loved the vibe and environment of this place. I recently moved to Folsom from East Sacramento and was looking for a new gym facility to call home.
