Management refuses to refund pre-paid services for my fiancé who is ill and unable to attend. Management refuses to return calls and letters. This has reached the point of me having to file a claim in court to retrieve my money and so I thought it would be appropriate to notify the public of this business’s heartless practices.
Falsely charged after leaving club . Id been a member for over 8 years, job relocated and needed to quit my membership. I asked if there were any charges or fees when cancelled, front desk said no. Received a charge for $200, then when called they said it was resolved, later on they called back asking for the money again. This club is disorganized and waiting for up charges. They dont maintain equipment and dont respect their core members at all.If I could put less than zero stars I would.
