Brookfield has served as my vet for the 14 years of my shih tzu's lifespan, up through putting him to rest 3 weeks ago. Despite several changes in docs at the site, and a new location several years ago, the care of this vet's staff and veterinary docs has been stellar throughout. They are knowledgable, compassionate and non-judgemental. I truly appreciated the warmth and caring we received when we had to put down our dear pe. Dr. April Tolle is exceptional. You will always be in great hands with this vet service.

Delayed in updating this review. The Robinson's sold the practice to a national chain within the past year. Maintaining the 5 star review as the clinic still has a great staff, with some expected turnover along with addition of some new online features (online appointment requests/reminders/confirmation, pet pharmacy and other items). Unfortunately, with both Dr's Debbie and Marie leaving there are no doctors currently at the clinic who incorporate Eastern medicine into their treatment plans/suggestions. We used to... read more

This place is amazing! All the staff are so welcoming and the doctors take time to listen to your concerns. I have a dog that has been dealing with chronic ear infections for almost a year now. I took him to other locations that can't seem to fix his problem. It's only been a day after treatment and he's already looking so much better. They also send follow up emails to check in to see how he's doing the next day! Such a great first impression.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved Vizsla yesterday. Dr. Cathy and the team there made it the most peaceful experience possible for our sweet boy. They had a nice room with a couch (instead of a scary-looking exam room) and they had some doggie ice cream for us to feed him while they gave him medicine. Throughout, they were very helpful about what to expect and overwhelmingly kind. I feel so grateful that we took him to Brookfield and that his passing was so peaceful. I can't recommend this vet highly enough.

I have been with Brookfield for over 4 years now and wanted to write an updated review. We now see Dr Erin as our primary vet (nothing wrong with the other vets, just used to seeing her with our dog and cat), and we continue to have the best care and experience. I have a crazy 4 yr old american bulldog dog and 12 year old balinese that have both had their fair share of issues. I'd like to thank the Brookfield Vet Hospital team for taking care of my Hanako for the majority of her doggy life. The customer service from the front desk, nurses and doctors is amazing! They always greeted you with a smile and always immediately baby talked to your pup. Hana wasn't the biggest fan of going to the vet and would usually run away. Every staff member has been so great! We bring our 2 shiba inus and Dr. Erin is always so educational and helpful. I leave feeling warm and fuzzy Every time we go and even if it isn't the best news. She gives tons of details and never judgmental. I love how she gets down on the floor with our shy dog to make him as comfortable as possible! We drive from Bothell because we love this place so much. Pricing is standard and even lower than other places with outstanding service.

We take both of our dogs to Brookfield. They have always been professional and kind (all of the front office, the nurses, and the doctors) to us and to our pets.
