This place is amazing. Every staff member and vet/tech we have interacted with has been lovely, professional, and so caring. We have a French Bulldog mix, and the flat-faced breeds are notoriously prone to health issues and can be a challenge to care for. Everyone at Brookfield spoils our little girl with love and attention every time we take her in and she feels very comfortable here. I have been back to Brookfield several times now, and they have seen both my pets. Dr. Russell is a gem and a lifesaver! I cannot express how thankful my entire family is to have found her. As a worried/ nervous-wreck/ extremely picky- dog parent I will never take my dogs anywhere else. PROS - Generally knowledgable staff, they respected that I did not want to neuter my dog and did not push it. They also respected the way I wanted to do my vaccines and which vaccines I wanted to get. - Very clean. - They let me stop by for fake checkups so the dog isn't afraid of the vet. - They're familiar with large breed dogs and don't act afraid like my old vet did. - If you have pet insurance they'll send the claim in for you. After moving to Redmond and getting a puppy, we came across Brookfield vet. From my first visit, I fell in love with this vet clinic. The vets, nurses, and the entire staff are the most amazing and welcoming people. In the 5+ years we have taken our dogs there, I have never felt like a dollar sign to them and they truly love pets. We have one old, demented cat and a new Pug puppy. I've had lots of pets over the years and visited many a vet. Brookfield is as good as any I've encountered. They are fast, friendly, reasonably priced. Our Pug had a bit of surgery and we were very happy with the surgery care, as well as the post-surgery followup. I'm a wimp, so I take Mr. Cat in for toenail trimmings, and they get me right in, the job done, and out the door. We started bringing our sweet pups here after we moved to Redmond. After we began coming here, it seems almost as if our last vet was the grim reaper. All that to say, Brookfield treats its patients like humans (which is what we as doggy parents want:D). They have always given us the best service, always accommodated our emergencies during the day, and always have given our pups the best and most current treatments. Great vet, went in for yearly exam and bordetella vacine. First off they listen and were not trying to push products on a shih tzu that has skin allergies. Friendly, professional and I will be back. Affordable as well, I was expecting a $300.00 bill because the last time I went to a different vet for the same stuff I was the receiver of a $300.00 bill.

Very impressed by the energy of the staff and the way Dr. Erin charmed my dog into forgetting about me, happily following her into a backroom. They squeezed me in for an emergency visit and were extremely attentive, friendly and professional. They made my dog comfortable and unafraid. They didn't try to sell me medications I didn't need and the bill was very reasonable.

I found Brookfield Veterinary Hospital through Yelp (thanks, all of you reviewers!). I moved here almost a year ago and had such a great vet in my old hometown so I was nervous about finding a new one. First, the office is super clean and smells like cookies. No lie. So that right there is a great sign. Second, Dr. Marie and the staff are really nice, caring and responsive.
