Super friendly staff. Got an appointment the day of for my pup suffering from an ear infection. Everyone was super sweet when we arrived, and we were seen to promptly. What I especially appreciated about this hospital that sets it apart from the rest is their understanding of different personal and financial situations. Love love this clinic! From the front desk (Jasmine) to Dr Erin and her incredible nurse (can't remember her name) to the surgeon Dr Carrie Wright...all of them are absolutely amazing, caring people!! They compassionately took care of my senior dog Mr. Mister, before, during and after his surgery!! They're the best!
Dr. Wright and her whole staff were so sweet and helpful! I highly recommend this clinic.
Very professional and caring. Many great points 1. If you have insurance they submit claim for you and send you a copy. I did not have my policy number on the first visit and they took care of it by finding it for me by themselves. 2. Good amount of reminders before a visit. 3. Never had to wait too long for a doctor. I have been bringing my pets to Brookfield for 15 years. I've watched the clinic grow and change. One thing that never changes is the exceptional care all the vets give to my pets. My pets, including my cats, love to visit the staff. They are the best!

We love your clinic and feel like our dog gets top notch care there. The staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. We love that you can board there too which is super convenient. It's been 5 years since I last posted a review for Brookfield. Our family are still very regular patrons at Brookfield, and 100% satisfied. I hate to pick a fight with anyone online, but as a client who is there nearly every month for one thing or another - a few other reviews are simply not stating the truth. The doctors at Brookfield have for the most part been there a very very long time. Really love the quality of the staff and atmosphere at Brookfield Veterinary. This place was thoughtfully designed with great parking, open spaces, and attractive exam rooms so it makes the experience uplifting. The positivity of the vets and their assistants and the knowledge they bring to help my dog is the best. Fair pricing and sensible recommendations. The very best vet experience I have ever had.
Beyond impressed with the quality of care the veterinarians and technicians provide. Dr. Erin is delightful and her passion for animals shines though with her impeccable bedside manner. One of the most charismatic veterinarians I have ever met. Chris and Ava (techs) are amazing with the animals and make my reserved Aussie feel comfortable instantly.
