Such an amazing vet! I am adopting a bulldog, so I had lots of cost questions. Not only was the vet tech super helpful, but Dr. Russell got on the phone and spent some time answering all my questions....and she even gave me more info I didn't even know. On top of that, they were SO genuine and nice. I have found my future vet when I pick up my baby bulldog next month :-)

Being relatively new to this hospital, I have to admit I'm really impressed with the attentive service I've received in the short time since going here. The last visit I was here I was promptly greeted by a smiling face at the front door. Jillian escorted me into the doctors room, cheerfully letting me know who I was going to see that day and even asked if she could get me anything the drink or a magazine while I wanted. Fantastic vets that take the time to get to know your pets. One of the great parts about this vet is a few times we had to bring our pups in when our regular vet wasn't around and the other vets knew what was up and where things stood. Yes that's reading a chart but just nice. The two years we went to them the dogs were in good care and fixed some issues that had come up in a timely manner. We recently moved away and it's always telling how someone treats you knowing they won't have your business anymore. Again top notch... read more

Can't recommend them high enough. Our dog got in a "scrape" with a neighbor dog and ended up with a infection. They were able to see us right away, The staff was wonderful, The Doctor great, and Riely is well on the way to recovery! Never any question about the care our dog received or the way we were treated. GREAT VET !

Brookfield really is as good as it gets. I'm a first time puppy mom and very attached to my corgi. We came to Brookfield for all of his shots, puppy socializing time, one skin allergy problem, and he was just neutered here today. The fact that they offered puppy social hours for pups under 6 months was awesome - even before I was done with my shots I could bring my little guy to socialize in a supervised environment, and it was always great. My dog had a paw injury that required me to visit six times over the course of three weeks and I was very impressed with the service we received. It took some trial and error to figure out what was wrong and I was especially impressed with their conservative approach. The surgeon recommended holding off on surgery because it could cause more damage to her foot and this turned out to be a successful option and also much cheaper. As a pediatrician I'll admit I have high expectations for doctors, whether their patients have 2 feet or 4. I've been very happy with Brookfield Veterinary Hospital. We have been taking our new puppy (GSD) here for the last few weeks and have gotten exemplary service, even with prompt email and call-back service. In particular I'd like to mention Dr. Sue Moriyasu. **Update 9/23/13** I thought it time to write an update about this vet. I'm still a HUGE fan, and I still think this is the best vet around, bar none. But there HAVE been some big changes in this practice since I wrote my last review..... This practice has moved to a new location, on E.Lake Samm, right behind Les Schwab Tires (in fact, they share the same parking lot on the north side). After so many disappointing visit with VCA clinics we are thrilled to find a real old fashion vet who cares about the animal and not the money. Both our dogs have received excellent care. Please don't sell to VCA. Judy
