My poor kitty Roxy had to be seen for vestibulitis. I moved to Washington 2 years ago and had not established a regular veterinarian. I went to Brookfield Veterinary Hospital on the advice from my boss. I am so glad I did! Ashley, the receptionist, was very helpful getting us in to be seen, and as we left said "I hope Roxy feels better soon". Aimee, our nurse, was very kind, compassionate, and truly listened to me while I was explaining not only what Roxy was going through, but how worried I was about her. Dr. Russell ... read more

I have been to this office three times now (for a check-up, vaccinations, teeth cleaning, etc.), and every time I go there my cat and I are treated so nicely. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, wonderful with animals. I always feel they're treating the animals there with respect and I never have to worry whether or not my cat is being taken care of properly. I completely trust them. My cat gets sick from the car ride usually just before we arrive, and every time the staff has kindly helped clean ... read more

These folks are great, really understanding and obviously care about the animals they take care of. You are paying Redmond prices, but it's not as bad here as at some other local vets, and the care and attention they give the animal makes it well worth it. I was impressed that they took the time to call the day after our visit to see how the cat was doing today. I've tried several places in Redmond (avoid VCA!), and this is the one I'm sticking with.

Update: We moved home from California last October, and hadn't really had much need to take Bridgette to the vet (we thought) until February when she became ill. She quit eating her food, and her diabetes seemed to be getting out of control. Dr. Marie was very helpful with us by answering emails and phone calls, and helping us with adjusting Bridgette's insulin doses. We eventually learned that Bridgette's (a 13.5 year old Jack Russell Terrier) liver and kidneys were failing. She also had pancreatitis and wasn't keeping h... read more

I had such a great experience taking my cat to Brookfield Veterinary Hospital. Cady had been vomiting for 2 1/2 days and I was very concerned about her. Everyone was so kind, helpful and thorough. Dr. Sprague (who isn't there regularly) spent at least 20 minutes with us - maybe longer - and she was absolutely wonderful.... very caring, compassionate and gentle with my kitty who had been very ill. Unfortunately; I neglected to write down the name of the veterinarian assistant - but she was fantastic (as was the office manage... read more

Great experience so far with Brooksfield Vet Hosp. I just came out of a 15 minutes call with the vet about my cat exams. She didn't mind spending the time to explain me all the possibilities and options to deal is the 2 potential (still working on finding out) problems with my cat. Not only she gives myself all the explanation and answer all my questions, she also helps me a lot by accepting that I leave the cat there for a while when I have to do something around Redmond (like going to Target, that I don't have close to h... read more

I went to Brookfield back in 2007 when my dog that was 10yrs old started becoming sick. The first visit, we just had routine shots done and a check-up, but by the second visit, my dog had cancer. The doctor and assistants always explained everything in detail.. What the medicine will and will not do, what changes to expect in my dog's health and the costs relative to treatment. They always provided me with at least two options and outlined each option with the procedures, costs and success rate. I never felt pressured i... read more

Best vet ever. Tried quite a few places in the past 4 years, and Brookfield is consistently good. The nurses, the doctors, the receptionists, are all super friendly and good with animals. They explain charges (for my cats' teeth cleaning) and quote you a high and low of the potential charges. I don't know what else to say except the doctors (I had Dr. Laura) are SUPER good with your pets. Like, better with my cats than I am with them. She seemed to like them better, too. I thinks she kissed my cat on the top of his... read more
