This was a great place to have dinner before the theater, close walking distance and great menu of comfort foods.
Great pre-theater option, especially for the family. Burgers, pasta, salads. All good. Service is sensitive to your schedule. Just steps from most of the theaters.

I had requested a booth in advance and was told upon my arrival that the booths were saved for "regular customers" without reservations.

I was a party of one on a special trip to NYC and the staff was kind and very attentive. I ordered their famous Chicken Pot Pie and was quite surprised when it arrived. The pie was huge. It was very good and piping hot. Thank you Brooklyn Diner Times Square for a great experience.
Food was just okay however had to send it back as order was wrong. Service was good but I don't think I'll be back

Other reviews indicated a gluten free capacity. To be clear, they do NOT offer a GF menu. They have some gluten free bread in the freezer. That's all. They DO NOT maintain a gluten free fryer. Choices are limited and if you are GF due to Ciliac, you are rolling the dice. If you want your GF bread toasted, it goes through same toaster as other bread and risks contamination.
