This was my 3rd visit to the BD so obviously, I like it especially since its close to the theater district. Other times were for lunch and I never had to wait for a table (one time we were 2, the first time we were 4). This time I made a noon reservation for 3 and had to wait 20 minutes for a table. It seemed that walk-ins were seated before us. Our reservation was not honored; so why take reservations if they don't mean anything? I think we probably would have been seated sooner if I had not made a reservation. I will come ... read more
We had a wonderful meal, the Manager and his staff were great. Excellent times square atmosphere.
tried something different this time. My husband has chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. The portion was enormous, enough for two or to take home. I was delicious. I had the thanksgiving turkey dinner which had terrific, delicious roasted turkey and sweet potatoes. the cramberry sauce was not to my liking and I had the gravy on the side. A very friendly welcome. Great location and choice of food. Excellent friendly staff who delivered us a bottle of birthday bubbly on the house. Great pre show food. A good old American burger in a New York diner on Times Square....Perfect.
We had breakfast and dinner and both times everything was perfect. No matter what you chose off the menu, you can be assured a great food experience awaits. Service has always been great as well.
Brooklyn Diner is our go to for early pre-theater. Every member of the staff is incredible. You can hear Everyone is treated with incredible respect. And the void is great
We visited Brooklyn Diner on our first night in New York. It was great to visit a real American diner. The atmosphere was great and the three members of staff who served us during our visit were really friendly. I ordered a Brooklyn burger on gluten free bread. It was bread rather than a bun but it was really tasty. The waiter (James) also mentioned that the chips were cooked in a fryer with none gluten free products and offered an alternative to them. The food was amazing! I would definitely visit here again on our next tri... read more
