Food was cold, pancakes were trash, syrup taste like medicine and waiter was rude when I didn’t leave an electronic tip when I had cash instead since he was rude he didn’t get anything
Unfortunately, the A/C wasn’t working so it was warm and didn’t offer the cool relief on a summer day when you take a break to have lunch
Breakfast was precooked. Sausage, bacon & breakfast potatoes were old and not fresh.
Second time to this restaurant, we were expecting the same good experience and we did! However, there is a "but"... the service (only our waiter) was poor. Indeed, many mistakes and rudeness were made: asking 3 times to get tap water that never came, asking spoons that never came, the absence of the waiter during the meal (usually ensuring that everything is fine), the smile on his face... absent! We had to ask other waiters in the restaurant to get by (who were very kind, especially the lady). You want more? Giving you the ... read more
Food came out cold. Had to ask for more coffee. They made the order again, and the home fries were still cold. Not sure how they did that... Wouldn't go back.
Our service was extremely slow and the chicken noodle was nothing to rave about. Broken up angel hair noodles in water. Very disappointed since they are supposedly known for their famous chicken noodle soup.
We arrived at 10:55 AM. We sat down and all ordered cokes expecting to have lunch. We didn’t notice they would not serve lunch until 1130am so we wanted to leave and they still charge us for everything even though we did not drink them. what kind of diner does not serve lunch or dinner anytime you want?
We dat next to the toilet which we could smell. Orange juice was said to be freshly squeezed but tastes like from a can. Place for tourists that you should avoid
Our server was the best part of our experience, but sadly she was doing the best she could with what she had to work with. The food was, plainly, not good. I ordered Huevos Rancheros and it came without eggs, so our server got upset for us and had them remake the dish. Unfortunately, the meal itself was bland and insufficient to justify the price. My wife’s meal was largely the same deal. Go outside of Time Square and find something worth your money. Avoid this place.
