We were seated promptly, placed our order and then waited for well over an hour to be served. We had to run to the theater because of this delay. No explanation from anyone about the delay. Instead of being relaxed we were all on edge. Not a good experience.
Ran out of pastrami, that’s like McDonalds running out of hamburgers.
Fair breakfast at best and overpriced even for Times Square

Very overpriced!! Mediocre food. O.K. for breakfast ONLY.
We really tried to like the dinner however...food portions looked big and ultimately were not. Dessert was average at best
It took 45 minutes for our server to bring over muffins breakfast took over an hour to arrive omelet luke warm and dry polenta cakes...not hot bacon ok pancakes...due to size and blueberry stuff poured over...luke warm...cold syrup ridiculously overpriced breakfast (and we live in nyc!)

The matzoh ball... read more
The chicken Milanese was really dry and overcooked and it said it came with broccolini which it did, one slim wilted stalk more like garnish than real food . The fries on my daughter's plate were not fresh. Way overpriced for the quality. I guess they try to make up for it in quantity.
