Average taste, expensive for the quantity. Good service
The service was great but one of the means was undercooked (meatballs). My waffle tasted like it came out of a plastic package (it wasn’t a waffle odd the griddle). My moms burrito was cold. Our waiter was great but the food was very bad.
service poor and the food was fair but expensive for what you get.
The overall experience was disappointing this time. They never informed us that they were out of polenta and substituted French fries for the polenta without letting us know. My niece had specifically ordered a slightly more expensive breakfast for the addition of the polenta. When she complained about what she got, the waitress eventually found out that they were out of polenta, but there was a lot of confusion until then .And then on top of that , the French fries were cold. Lastly, they really need to have more egg offeri... read more
Food was awful, service was worse. Never refilled drinks. Chicken undercooked
Wait staff was nice but not knowledgeable about gluten free even though they offer gluten free bread/items. We asked what was in the Pride Milkshake and were told vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and colored sugar only to find out broken pretzels were also mixed into the shake after drinking 1/4 of it. The manager did take it off our bill but the damage was done.
Our Waiter was great and helpful with directions Pastrami was tough and thick. Presentation was lacking and the Caesar salad made with kale was awfully bitter. It should be called a kale salad with Caesar dressing. Pea soup was good
Went for Sunday breakfast with my teenaged daughter. Let me just say that if you are going to charge $8 for a cup of coffee, you'd better fill the cup to the top (I only got half a cup every pour) and keep it coming! (I got one refill.) Food was mediocre at best, and the prices were outrageous. We are going back to NY in a few months and this place will not be on our "Must visit again" list.
Our waitress was rude and took very long. It took me an extra ten minutes from when everyone else got their food to get mine. We were the first ones there when it opened and it still took 45+ minutes to get our food. They also were out of waffles. I come here every time I come to New York and this was my worst experience. Disappointing!
