Great place for breakfast and novel for diner experience
It’s a great diner. Walkable from our hotel and on the way to Rockefeller. The service was great. Fun ambience with LL the classic diner vibes but NYC style (classy, names of famous people who ate at the diner on the walls). We had the special (cheeseburger, fries, shake for $26), chicken strips and the matzah ball soup. It was cold and windy outside so the warm comfort food hit the spot for everyone. Great food, terrific service! I recommend the Brooklyn Diner!
They accommodated us right away even upon arrival early for our reservation. The burgers were excellent, and we were even able to have plain pasta and fries my daughter.
The best service we received the whole week in New York. A warm welcome from the moment you arrived and treated with friendliness and professionalism. Food was great. Environment and ambience brilliant. I wouldn’t miss a trip here when I’m in this city.

An absolutely fantastic place to have breakfast or lunch in Midtown. Our server, Chris, is the MOST PROFESSIONAL person I have ever met in my 74 years on this earth. I have been to Europe, South America and all over the States and Chris is a National Treasure. The food is five star, as is the impeccable service. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!
Service was excellent! Guy at the door seated us ahead of our reserved time and Saul our waiter did a great job. It was our first time at this diner and it didn’t disappoint. The Motza ball soup, Pastrami sandwich, milk shake and Strawberry cheesecake were delicious and highly recommended.
We all enjoyed the food and the service was great.
