Excellent shakes and burgers. Good portions for the value. Staff was helpful and attentive. We had a great dinner and will be sure to come back.

This place is one of our “go to” places to eat whenever we visit NYC. This particular location is located across from Carnegie Hall and is just a couple of blocks away from Central Park where the horse carriage ride tours meet. Although they have so many delicious menu items, they have what I consider one of the most perfect pastrami Reubens made with their in house made pastrami. It’s super moist and tender and delicious. Best hot chocolate in NYC! been here many times. Is a highlight. Breakfast is good here too. Staff is attentive and caring. Always busy. Make reservations.

Very friendly, welcoming service. It was fast without feeling rushed. The food surpassed our expectations. We went to give our daughter a NYC meal experience without high expectations for the food - but it was delicious! We would go back and recommend highly for lunch.
