Buyer Beware! I purchased a 15K+ energy upgrade package from Brower which included blown in insulation, sealing vents and canned lighting, high efficiency water heater, and complete Trane HVAC system through the state's energy upgrade promotion. From my point of view, they sold me an AC that is either a lemon, or the system was not properly installed because I've had a refrigerant leak in my system within months of its install. While the employees of Brower Mechanical are very polite, they have been out to our home 5 times in the last year and have just been called out for a 6th. We currently rent, so it's up to the property management to choose the HVAC company, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Our AC unit has had recurring leak, stopped working, the fan has come loose three times (the third was two days after Brower came to repair it), and currently our heater isn't working.
