We've trusted Brower for many years, both for our company HVAC and our residence HVAC. Our most recent experience was with senior technician Mike Mathis, who is extremely knowledgeable, and he performed our seasonal service and reported his findings and recommendations with photos and without any pressure at all, allowing us to plan ahead. Our technician, Rueben, was considerate of our time, professional and very knowledgeable in regards to our air conditioning issues. He called when he was 10 minutes away and was prompt. He was smart to take photos of the issues so he could show us our problems. He also looked at our filters, trying to find the source of our problems and made the recommendation to change to disposable air filters. Reliable AC service. They are honest-- don't try to sell me a replacement system when the system just needs minor repairs. They're not the cheapest but I trust them.

Our AC went out on July fourth when it was 108+. Thankfully I had a service contract. Brower had it running again in under 24 hours. They even had a very nice live answering the phone on at 9:00 pm July 4. With the service contract I get priority scheduling for service. Can't say enough.

Completely inconsiderate. Tech parks and puts a cone out clearly on my portion of the driveway and creates a blind spot for me leaving my driveway. Why would you not block the driveway you're working on, instead of the one that's already having to deal with the hassle of their neighbor's remodel.

I had experiences with Brower Mechanical a few years ago that were quite positive. They were direct, honest, fair, and did not try to upsell. This time was different. I called and made an appointment for repair to my A/C. The technician, "Mark" was pleasant and friendly throughout, but the sales pitches began the minute he walked in the door. He immediately began trying to sell me on a "maintenance contract" (which are scams in my opinion). After a few minutes he diagnosed my problem as a failed condenser fan. I bel... read more

I requested service for my AC unit in early June. I paid for the service. they fixed the problem but one week later the AC went out again they came back and replaced the ecobee and charged me $657.00 plus a 19 dollar service fee.

I hired Brower to install an energy-efficient small-tank heater in my house in place of a very hold tank heater in the middle of the house. After mocking the previous company that refused to do the job, they mistakenly put the new heater in a cupboard in the middle of the house. The directions clearly say they need to be situated outside. Brower took that heater out and without flushing it beforehand returned the 40-year-old water heater to its place, which then flushed massive amounts of debris into my plumbing system r... read more
Service call for LG unit installed in 2017. Brower no longer services these units, The technician, Mark, did not put furniture he had to move back, didn't know much about the unit. couldn't complete the service call and now the unit is not functioning. A complete waste of $92 service call. I do not recommend this company
