I wanted to buy a new AC unit that will work with my old furnace. Brower Mechanical gave ma a great quote for a new Trane unit. Later I got a call that the unit I choose wouldn't work with my furnace, but a less efficient AC unit would. The price was the same. We had a very good experience with Brower Mechanical. We had a lot of work done and added Solar. They were here for a week and did a spectacular job. They were always here when they said they would be and did more than they were contracted to do. The Solar and attic upgrades all passed city inspections with flying colors. I have been using Brower since I moved into my house about 10 years ago and they are the absolute BEST! They lowered my air ducts, covered them with insulation, air sealed my home and showed me how to claim both energy rebates and IRS rebates. On top of that, my energy bill during winter and summer went down about 42%. Outstanding service, very professional and very serious about a job well done. I won't use anyone else, ever!

Heating system tune-up We had Brower Mechanical tune up our heating system to be ready for the winter months. They were on time, professional and best of all they did exactly what I wanted them to do and didn't overcharge me. The guy explained what was done and I feel better going into the winter.

Completely inconsiderate. Tech parks and puts a cone out clearly on my portion of the driveway and creates a blind spot for me leaving my driveway. Why would you not block the driveway you're working on, instead of the one that's already having to deal with the hassle of their neighbor's remodel.

I had experiences with Brower Mechanical a few years ago that were quite positive. They were direct, honest, fair, and did not try to upsell. This time was different. I called and made an appointment for repair to my A/C. The technician, "Mark" was pleasant and friendly throughout, but the sales pitches began the minute he walked in the door. I requested service for my AC unit in early June. I paid for the service. they fixed the problem but one week later the AC went out again they came back and replaced the ecobee and charged me $657.00 plus a 19 dollar service fee.
