We have been doing business for several years with Brower Mechanical. They have always done great work. However, today (Thursday) they went above and beyond. The fan stopped working on our HVAC unit on a house we have scheduled for an open house this Saturday. and the tech didn't think they would be able to get it fixed until next week. My review is strictly being able to come out to my house on a Sunday evening at 10pm to get my ac working again. My wife is 8 months pregnant and a extremely hot house was not a good idea. I have a home warranty but trying to get them out at that time was not going to happened. I called a handful of local companies and finally came across Brower, they picked up and had a truck dispatched within an hour they arrived. It was an easy fix and I was thankful for that. I had a service inspector out to my parents home yesterday to take a look at their air conditioner and duct work, my dad has dementia and has a hard time understanding everything completely. The gentleman that came out was "Coby"...after completely checking out the system he actually sat down at the table and spoke to my dad and reviewed some photos he had taken, as well as the condition of the duct work etc....Let me tell you!! After suffering through four years of horribly high summer and winter PG&E bills, plus an unbearably hot house whenever the outside temperature exceeded 102 because the AC could not keep up with how fast the house was heating up, we finally decided to do something about it this year. When my AC went out my home warranty said they wouldn't be able to get someone out for a week. I had heard good things about Brower so I gave Troy a call and he had a tech out the very next day. The tech was wonderful. Overall Brower was efficient, professional and reasonable. I will use them every time. Thanks again Troy for the awesome experience!
Completely inconsiderate. Tech parks and puts a cone out clearly on my portion of the driveway and creates a blind spot for me leaving my driveway. Why would you not block the driveway you're working on, instead of the one that's already having to deal with the hassle of their neighbor's remodel.

I had experiences with Brower Mechanical a few years ago that were quite positive. They were direct, honest, fair, and did not try to upsell. This time was different. I called and made an appointment for repair to my A/C. The technician, "Mark" was pleasant and friendly throughout, but the sales pitches began the minute he walked in the door. I requested service for my AC unit in early June. I paid for the service. they fixed the problem but one week later the AC went out again they came back and replaced the ecobee and charged me $657.00 plus a 19 dollar service fee.

I hired Brower to install an energy-efficient small-tank heater in my house in place of a very hold tank heater in the middle of the house. After mocking the previous company that refused to do the job, they mistakenly put the new heater in a cupboard in the middle of the house. The directions clearly say they need to be situated outside.
