I would like to thank Brower Mechanical for working on my AC. At times I wanted to call it and replace the system, but Brower recommended to try a few items first. I am glad I followed their recommendations. The last time they worked on my other HVAC system a few years ago, I found Brower employees to be honest and hard working. They are just as honest and hard working today. Ali was courteous and professional and we are now sitting in a nice chilled home again. THANK YOU BROWER!!!

This is an excellent company, with professional staff, outstanding customer service and their work is QUALITY at its best. I have worked with them for 10+ years. I have had Brower do some standard repairs on a 10-year old HVAC and duct system in one house. Then they also serviced a VERY OLD wall heater and window a/c unit in another house for me. We bought a NEST Video doorbell and it was too difficult for us to install, so we read the Yelp reviews and selected Brower Mechanical. Their installer, Mike Mathis, was right on time (8am) and explained all that needed to be done to install the doorbell. Our current doorbell is located on the side of our porch and is not located in the door frame. So, the angle would be different if installed on the side of the house. Completely inconsiderate. Tech parks and puts a cone out clearly on my portion of the driveway and creates a blind spot for me leaving my driveway. Why would you not block the driveway you're working on, instead of the one that's already having to deal with the hassle of their neighbor's remodel.

I had experiences with Brower Mechanical a few years ago that were quite positive. They were direct, honest, fair, and did not try to upsell. This time was different. I called and made an appointment for repair to my A/C. The technician, "Mark" was pleasant and friendly throughout, but the sales pitches began the minute he walked in the door. I requested service for my AC unit in early June. I paid for the service. they fixed the problem but one week later the AC went out again they came back and replaced the ecobee and charged me $657.00 plus a 19 dollar service fee.

I hired Brower to install an energy-efficient small-tank heater in my house in place of a very hold tank heater in the middle of the house. After mocking the previous company that refused to do the job, they mistakenly put the new heater in a cupboard in the middle of the house. The directions clearly say they need to be situated outside. Service call for LG unit installed in 2017. Brower no longer services these units, The technician, Mark, did not put furniture he had to move back, didn't know much about the unit. couldn't complete the service call and now the unit is not functioning. A complete waste of $92 service call. I do not recommend this company

I got an estimate for a new HVAC system & Brower was double what I paid to another company for the same equipment with a 10-year warranty. Do Not Use Them - Get Other Estimates!!
