About 75-80% of the guests, including us, were wearing their coats at their tables because it was so cold in the restaurant. Also after we were seated at a “clean” table I had to have someone clean a sticky residue off the table.
The time to get our meal was absurd. We waited for 45 min after we ordered to receive 6 burgers. Nothing was offered to us - no free apps to hold us over, just the constant promise it would come soon. The food was good, although I would argue for the base price of $10+ per burger, it should at least come with a side. It is rediculous to ask for another $2 for fries. I would also encourage them to have healthier side options. My only healthy option was fruit. They need a vegetable.
The service was fine. Our group ordered the New York and Bourbon Burgers, as well as the Impossible Burger, with onion rings. The NY and Bourbon burgers were overcooked and incredibly tasteless. How can you make a tasteless burger? The Impossible was half the size of the bun, with the predominate taste being the mustard. The onion rings were greasy and cold.
