Was told I could get a burger medium, Came out well done, did not offer to make it right so I did not eat it and was still expected to pay! Only complaint!

Food was great, exactly as we ordered. But this restaurant is TOO COLD for comfort! We always bring a sweatshirt even in the summer. It send a bad signal when the hostess greets you and she is wearing a parka in July! Great food but the dining experience is not comfortable.

Food was good. Service was not. Food did not arrive timely and eventually were told the waitress dropped it all. She offered us drinks which we accepted and the were charged for them. No manager came around. Then the bill showed two meals each and one comped for the meals dropped. We have been going there for years since it opened. This experience is the worst restaurant experience I can remember in my 40+ years of dining out. Apparently the mishap did not matter to anyone there.
