Food was served fairly quick but burgers had no taste they needed seasoning. Hamburger bun was hard as a rock (stale) and I feel that the cook should have known it was. I set bun aside and ate burger that is when I knew it needed to be seasoned. Had a beer and didn’t get happy hour price. Don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon.

The restaurant was freezing. The server for the entire restaurant was also the bartender. The sandwich meat was undercooked.

Nachos were delicious. The turkey burger (the patty) doesn't have any flavor

I once mentioned to one of the servers that I couldn’t believe how cold they kept the dining room. She said, “Yeah. We used to offer people blankets!”

I am so sorry that the temperature was uncomfortable. While we do provide blankets as a courtesy of our hospitality, it is not meant to be in place of a comfortable temperature for dining. We are currently working on our HVAC system to see how we can combat this issue with the humidity and look forward to having it resolved soon! Burgers were over-cooked. Onion rings were greasy. Told server food was just ok and she didn't ask why. My drinks sat empty for a long time because server didn't check back with us until we called her over from another table.

Food was great, just as great as downtown location. There is a reason this place was so available and had all time slots available during burger week, on a Friday and downtown didn’t. Service, the service was horrible. They stated it’s been “crazy” with burger week but had less than 50% occupancy and after we waited 20 minutes for just our drink order we had switched waiters for some reason, and after our meal came out before our appetizer I knew we made a mistake coming here.
