Way too over priced for a burger that wasn’t that great.
Food OK. Service very slow and not crowded. Plenty of places to get a good burger at the same or better value. Won’t go back.
Food is good. Prices decent. Service was a disappointment. 615p reservation; seated nearly immediately; waters all around (5 of us); first water refill was at 723p and we had to ask. Food came about 730p. And this place had loads of empty tables. And we’re Cunningham Restaurant “VIP” members.
We’ve always really enjoyed Bru Burger in Cincinnati so we were excited to have one open in Ft. mitchell. My burger was burnt and so thin it was like chewing leather. My husband would have preferred a Caesar salad without the sirracha but they said it was nixed in the dressing, instead, it came out with the sirracha squirted all over the top. They forgot his fries. My fries were so dredged in salt as to be inedible. Our server was polite and The greens in my gorgonberry salad was fresh and delicious so I didn’t leave hungry.... read more
When we were seated. No one came to greet us or get our drink order. After several minutes and seeing servers pass by I stopped one of them and I asked who our server was? Finally someone came by to take our order. The experience just made us feel that they didn't care about our waiting or someone to take care of us.
Hamburger was dry with no flavor. Very disappointed.
Service to take our order seemed to be a little slow. Was a bit disappointed that everything is ala carte
The burgers were excellent it was only 5PM! Eventually they found beers that were acceptable, thx to our server bringing them samples of other beers. I ordered a house Chardonnay, I had two of them. I was shocked to find out that no, Bru-Burgers doesn't offer a house wine, only Franciscan Chardonnay for NINE DOLLARS a glass! Are you kidding me?? This is a burger place, not a gourmet restaurant! And why don't they offer a Happy Hour? I'll go back for lunch since no alcohol will be involved, but not for dinner until they offer... read more
