I once mentioned to one of the servers that I couldn’t believe how cold they kept the dining room. She said, “Yeah. We used to offer people blankets!”

Burgers were over-cooked. Onion rings were greasy. Told server food was just ok and she didn't ask why. My drinks sat empty for a long time because server didn't check back with us until we called her over from another table.

Food was great, just as great as downtown location. There is a reason this place was so available and had all time slots available during burger week, on a Friday and downtown didn’t. Service, the service was horrible. They stated it’s been “crazy” with burger week but had less than 50% occupancy and after we waited 20 minutes for just our drink order we had switched waiters for some reason, and after our meal came out before our appetizer I knew we made a mistake coming here. The food was delicious but the service my party received was absolutely horrible. After being seated, our table (of 4) sat for nearly 20 minutes without a single employee checking on us. Meanwhile, there were four servers and a hostess standing around the hostess area talking.
