The food was delicious but the service my party received was absolutely horrible. After being seated, our table (of 4) sat for nearly 20 minutes without a single employee checking on us. Meanwhile, there were four servers and a hostess standing around the hostess area talking. It was alright. I think the location is not great and there are a lot of younger people working in an environment where people are wanting to drink. While my table was not drinking, I heard multiple employees tell tables they weren't old enough to grab alcohol, but would get someone. Personally, my server and food was just ok.

Met friends for dinner. Had table next to bar. Front desk allowed waiting customers to stand at bar and get drinks. Guy kept kicking my chair and leaning over me. Bartender kept splashing water off the bar into our table. Waiter was scatterbrained and we had to ask for things several times. Bread pudding was dry and not good.

I’m torn on how to respond. Food was great, atmosphere was great, BUT our last onion ring had a 1”-1.5” piece of rubber in it!!! It looked the seal to something maybe fell into the batter, but it sort of ruined the whole meal.
The fries were cold and had to be sent back. I am sure that they just warmed up the fries that we sent back. They were now warm but the insides tasted off. I don't usually eat red meat but sometimes I do and I only go to Bru Burger for GREAT burgers!!!
