Our server was not our usual. This one was not so good. We like Brian the best.
The server was just poor. Did know what beers were available me. My daughter wanted to see if she like mine before ordering and he walked away as soon as he set the beer on the table not even giving her a ch ace to try it. The food came next but wasn’t delivered by the server and by the time he checked on us we were more than halfway through with our meal... then he took her beer order. Just inattentive and don’t seem to care about us
Our poor server was the only one on the patio and had several large parties. It took forever to get everything. The food came out a couple times at a time. Several things were not correct. Worse service we have ever had there. Definitely were under staffed on floor and apparently in kitchen too. Usually have great service and great food!

Do not try to go to the bar at this location! Our friends waited 20 minutes without even a hello, and after they left, we waited an additional 10 before getting a table. No greeting whatsoever. This table was a reservation, which is the only reason we sat only 15 minutes late... The bar seats were not even full, so I can only imagine that 1. The bartender was new or 2. Im glad you asked how my experience was, since I emailed Bru Burger Fort Mitchell about our experience and I've heard nothing from them, really feel like a valued customer. We waited one hour for our food, no app while we were waiting we just kept adding on to our bar bill, maybe that is what they wanted. The $5 burger special was not even mentioned, it was my husbands birthday, nothing. And we belong to the vip club, but no one asked us for that info, so bad experience and no points.

I asked for a medium burger pink but not bloody and definitely not done and it came to me done
Food was excellent but the service was just unnecessarily slow.
Food quality was excellent, restaurant was relaxing and comfortable. Service was quite inattentive, even on a fairly quiet evening. Dissatisfied with wine offerings, particularly when one variety was out. Could only get wine by glass, so we couldn’t order a bottle. Manager apologetic, but was slightly challenging.
