Bru Burger was a go-to for me years ago while living in Lexington, KY. I ate at the Noblesville location once about four years ago after moving here and had no complaints . Enough time had passed that I figured it was worth another visit. The night went sideways early. I ordered a popular beer from their menu—out. I asked for another well-known option—also out. Had a reservation for 4 at 6pm. They forgot about us and we weren’t seated for 15-20 minutes. Grilled chicken on the salad was dry. Not the experience I’ve come to expect here.

New waitress that wasn’t well trained on the menu or service. Missed multiple items, poor experience.

Waitress was not aware of how to pour water. The pitcher was dripping on my plate while she refilled another glass. The second time she almost dumped my water when she swung the pitcher around.

Location was absolutely dead when we arrived and service took forever. Our order was not only wrong, but found hair in my wife’s food. No offer of apology just went back and replated her meal and brought it back to our table. My order was not made to the order I gave the service. Will definitely never go back to this restaurant. Never seen a manger to even apologize for the issues.

The hostess seemed not to listen to the second half of our group for a total of 5 and wouldn’t let them come back for about 10 minutes. She was trying to set up another table for 5. They weren’t busy, she just wasn’t listening.
